Palm Court is a small boutique building on Manly’s Eastern Hill.  Unit 6 enjoys all of the befits of top-floor living and yet is located only on the first floor.  Beaches are close, cafés a plenty and the Manly Ferry is a lazy roll down the hill.  For the most part, you can throw away the car keys. If you have a vehicle however Manly Council will provide a local resident parking permit.
